Arrow Electronics, Inc. is now offering professional-support services to help businesses efficiently and cost effectively monitor and support their smart, connected devices.
Arrow is leveraging its unparalleled global tech-support footprint and “sensor-to-sunset” capabilities to provide turnkey, service-level agreement-driven managed services for back-end functions that can be efficiently outsourced, including:

Arrow’s newly launched Managed Services offering leverages the global technology-solutions provider’s 24/7/365 support-service infrastructure, internet of things (IoT) expertise, dedicated U.S.- and EMEA-based workforce, managed cloud applications and multiple layers of redundancy in routing and monitoring.
