Specialty Coating Systems (SCS) is pleased to announce its participation in the highly anticipated 2024 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place April 9-11, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Attendees are invited to visit SCS at Booth #4212 to explore the company's comprehensive portfolio of coatings and innovative systems.
At the expo, SCS will unveil its latest advancements, including the new PrecisionAdvance conveyor system. Designed to provide exceptional product handling and seamless process integration for conformal coating operations, PrecisionAdvance offers four different configurations of pin-type-edge handling conveyors. These systems are engineered to optimize board inspection, line flow, and transit throughout the coating and assembly process, fully integrating with SCS PrecisionCoat and PrecisionCure systems for a comprehensive solution.
The PrecisionCoat VI, another highlight of SCS's exhibit, sets the standard for flexibility and precision in conformal coating and dispensing. Featuring a diverse array of valves, tools, and features, the PrecisionCoat VI delivers outstanding accuracy, repeatability, and high throughput. With the Automatic Quick Change (AQC) feature, users can seamlessly switch between eight separate tools within a single machine, automating and controlling the application of multiple materials with ease.
Additionally, SCS will showcase its Ionograph SMD V ionic contamination test systems, which utilize a dynamic extraction method to measure resistivity change when a substrate is submerged in an ultra-pure test solution. The Ionograph SMD V, ideal for larger circuit boards in high-volume production environments, offers submerged agitation jets and optional heated extract solution for enhanced sensitivity, operational efficiency, and accuracy, even with ultra-fine pitch components.
With more than 50 years of experience in conformal coating engineering and applications and 21 worldwide coating facilities, SCS has established itself as a trusted partner in industries ranging from electronics and aerospace to defense, transportation, and medical devices. SCS coating solutions offer superior moisture, chemical, and dielectric barrier properties, enhancing the reliability and longevity of devices and components.
Don't miss the opportunity to experience SCS's industry-leading solutions firsthand at Booth #4212 during the 2024 IPC APEX EXPO.
